The Likkewaan Canoe Club was established in 1953 and is one of the oldest canoe clubs in South Africa. The existing club house was built in 1958 and is situated on the banks of the Vaal River, where the Oudewerfspruit enters the Vaal River. We have excellent training water for sprint training, long distance, white water, freestyle and dragon boat racing.
